   Advanced Mechanical Installations Limited, AMI, have been trading since July 1997. AMI have two core business    streams of services that we offer;

   • Labour & Materials, lump sum fixed price pipework contracting to large Mechanical Contractors, and
   • Mechanical Contracting.


     
We directly employ pipe fitters, welders, plumbers, mates and apprentices to carry out the installation of mechanical and public health pipework systems. We supply the pipework, fittings, valves, brackets and ancillaries associated with the pipework systems and aim to alleviate the commercial risk of labour and material control from our employer.

AMI will always provide competitive quotations, priced to suit Clients requirements with price breakdowns suitably detailed to reflect the project content. We will, if required and upon contract award, provide a fully quantified schedule of rates.

AMI strive to provide the highest quality of installations installed in conjunction with agreed programmes and in accordance with contract specifications, schedules and drawings.

Our tradesmen have vast experience of mechanical pipe work installations using a vast range of new and innovative materials and systems now available on the market but also the old traditional tried & trusted methods and materials. Our installations are run by on site foreman (working or non working depending on contract size and Clients requirements) to act as both a contact for our Client and to supervise our work force.

We often work with and supply prefabricated pipework beit prefabricated spool sections or framed modules and are happy to quote projects on this basis.

We are interested in securing contracts of varying sizes including new build, refurbishments, fit-outs, external works or maintenance of operational buildings and can carry out works during normal or out of hour’s periods depending on site restrictions and conditions.

The size of a contract very much depends on the duration associated with it, currently however we would look to secure contracts of a maximum valve of £1,500,000.00 over a 12 month period. We would point out however, that we do carryout contracts to values as low as £ 2,000.00 over a few days in duration.
